Water baptism is the public act of being immersed in water as a statement of your faith in Christ. It's a special celebration in the life of a Christ follower. Baptism takes place as needed every few months, and by filling out this form, you will be added to the list of those who would like to be baptized. We will contact you as we approach the date with more information to schedule an Orientation.
