Lead Pastors

Pastors Don and Kemi Zebraski serve as the Lead Pastors at Victory Assembly of God, Palm Bay. The couple was married in South Florida at Christian Life Center, where they later served as lay ministers. They have 6 wonderful children and 5 grandchildren, who know them as Z-Pop and Z-Mom. The Lord opened the door for them to relocate to Palm Bay in late 2021. By early 2022, the Zebraski’ s arrived at Victory Assembly of God, Palm Bay, with a heart to continue to serve the Lord as He leads. For many years they had an immense passion for ministry and a love for people of all backgrounds and experiences. Their love of God and obedience to His leading has positioned them to be used by God in amazing ways throughout their ministry. They have raised up leaders through discipleship, teaching others to be disciple makers.

Upon arriving at Victory Assembly in 2022, he continued to serve as a Lay Minister. He transferred his credentials from the local church to the Peninsular Florida District of the Assemblies of God, and the Lord was calling him to the next level. In February 2025 he was appointed the Assistant Pastor at Victory Assembly of God. More recently, he completed his Licensed Ministry Credential, also through the Academy at Southeastern University. Upon the retirement of Pastors Edwin and Celina Viveiros, the Zebraski’ s now serve as the Lead Pastors at Victory Assembly of God, Palm Bay.

Credentialed Ministers of the Gospel

Credentialed Ministers of the Gospel

We have been blessed to have so many co-laborers here at Victory that are Credentialed Ministers. They are the backbone of the church leadership and have given so much over the years in service to the Lord. Serving as Prayer Minister, Men’s and Women’s Ministry leaders, Outreach Minister, and in so many other ways, we love our Ministers. Pictured above from Left to Right we have Minister John Kelley, Reverends Maria and Frank DeJesus, Reverend John Carpenter, Reverend Devi Roberts and Reverend Khani Burgher.  (Missing from the picture is Reverend David Kelly)
